Child Support

Child Support is the mandatory calculation of each parent’s financial support for the children. There are calculations for child support established by Maryland law which consider each parent’s gross income, whether either parent pays alimony or child support for another child, and the expenses for the children, including childcare, health insurance, extraordinary medical expenses and specific school and transportation costs.
